Peperiksaan Akhir Tahun 2019 bagi murid Tahun 4, 5 & 6 akan diadakan seperti jadual di bawah. Sehubungan itu, tuan/puan diminta memastikan anak-anak tuan/puan membuat persiapan rapi bagi menghadapi peperiksaan tersebut dan hadir ke sekolah sepanjang peperiksaan berlangsung.

As stated by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos less than us.
(And actually, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING to "how" they eat.)
