1.Murid akan diedarkan borang permohonan oleh pihak sekolah dan boleh dapatkan borang daripada Guru kelas masing-masing.
2. Tarikh pengisian borang bermula 20 Ogos hingga 19 Sept 2018 dah hendaklah diserahkan semula kepada guru kelas. Jika pihak sekolah tidak menerima borang dari tempoh tersebut kami beranggapan murid tersebut tidak berminat.
3. Guru kelas akan mengisi permohonan melalui APDM melalui modul sekolah kawalan.
4. Senarai sekolah yang menawarkan SMKA, KAA, dan SABK bagi Negeri Selangor dan Sepang adalah seperti berikut;

KAA (kelas Aliran Agama) Sepang sahaja.

SABK (Sekolah Agama Bantuan Kerajaan)

5. Pengumuman keputusan kemasukan murid Ting 1 2019 SMKA/KAA/SABK akan dimaklumkan dari 17-21 Disember 2018.
