Masa : 6.30 - 9.30 malam

6.30 - Pendaftaran murid , guru dan ibubapa
7.26 - Azan Maghrib
- Solat Maghrib berjemaah
- Solat Hajat Berjemaah
- Bacaan Yasin dan Tahlil
- Ucapan Wakil Nazir Masjid
- Ucapan Guru Besar SEDERAP
- Ucapan YDP PIBG SEDERAP
- Solat Isyak
- Jamuan

As reported by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the SINGLE reason women in this country get to live 10 years longer and weigh 42 pounds less than us.
(And really, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and EVERYTHING to around "how" they eat.)
