Tarikh Program: 3 Januari – 6 Januari 2017
Program Transisi bertujuan untuk membantu murid menghadapi perubahan di dalam keadaan transisi dari pendidikan tidak formal di tadika ke pendidikan formal di Tahun Satu sekolah rendah.
Diantara objektif program ini dijalankan adalah untuk mencapai aspirasi berikut iaitu :
- Murid-murid dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran, guru-guru dan kawan baru dalam masa yang singkat
- Guru-guru dapat menyelaraskan keperluan kognitif, emosi, kerohanian dan jasmani murid secara menyeluruh sebelum memulakan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara formal di Tahun 1
- Meningkatkan minat & semangat murid untuk datang ke sekolah
